In the first part of the session, participants engage in a guided ideation exercise, using their "How Might We" (HMW) statements as prompts. This phase focuses on generating bold, innovative ideas to address their challenges and achieve their aspirations. Participants are encouraged to think divergently, push boundaries, and explore unconventional solutions that align with their vision for growth.
